Chapter 81 - You Are Not Good Enough
Shen Anan looked somewhat uncomfortable. Things were not happening as she planned.
She should have achieved early acceptance into the university, while Su Huiqing was caught for cheating. How did she end up being suspected by Principal Dien for plagiarism while Su Huiqing was ranked No. 3 in the world?
She trembled as these thoughts ran through her mind and turned to look at Zhang Mingxi.
But Zhang Mingxi had already abandoned her and was nearly out of the main door.
Shen Anan’s expression instantly shifted as she hurried to follow him.
The moment she exited, she saw Zhang Mingxi blocking Su Huiqing’s way.
“You have been lying to me all along?” Zhang Mingxi glared at Su Huiqing, his fists tightly clenched.
He had known Su Huiqing since they were young and all the elite families in Green City knew she was just a useless piece of trash and the butt of all jokes. Zhang Mingxi himself had secretly ridiculed her countless times.
“She just achieved a number three ranking, is it worth such enmity between you two?” Kyle turned around revealing his wrinkled face. “I have met quite a number of geniuses who ranked number one in the International Association, and she is just a mere third place. So what if her results are good? There are no exams in the real business place. We look at experience and plans, and not things like integrated science.”
He looked very calm and composed.
Zhang Mingxi and Shen Anan did not doubt his words at all.
As the International Association’s smartest economist, he had the right to say such things.
“Mr. Kyle, what instructions do you have for now?” Zhang Mingxi asked respectfully.
“Destroy the Yu Family, then the Su Family, and finally the Chu Family. My goal is to let you two… dominate Green City!” Kyle looked at Zhang Mingxi. “This is the first stage of my plan, to have you control the entire Green City.”
Control the entire Green City. Zhang Mingxi felt his heart racing.
“The Su Family is easy, but the Yu Family is a long-standing family in the medicinal herbs industry. They have also recently raised their profile by giving out free medicine. It will not be easy to break them.” Zhang Mingxi frowned slightly.
Kyle remained calm. “Do you know that there’s an extremely influential and powerful position within the International Association?”
Zhang Mingxi shook his head. His knowledge of the International Association was too flimsy, all he knew was what he could gather from that account he bought.
And it only held very basic information.
“That position is called… potion maker!” Kyle’s breathing deepened when he spoke that term. “The medicines they create are miraculously effective. Not only can they boost a person’s ability, the top potions can even resuscitate the dead… as a result, even a novice potion maker holds a high status in the International Association. Meanwhile, a high-level potion maker… even the top three heads do not dare to offend them!”
Zhang Mingxi and Shen Anan’s eyes widened and turned glittery as they listened to Kyle.
This was the first time they heard of potion makers. It was an entirely different world to them.

A high-level potion maker. What kind of person was that?
“The Yu Family are just a normal medicinal herbs family and don’t even have a novice.” Kyle gazed at a car which was slowly driving in. He gave a slight smile and respectfully welcomed a young man who had emerged from the vehicle. “Let me introduce you to Master Ye from the International Association. He is a well-respected junior potion maker. With his help, the Yu Family will be a piece of cake.”
